This results in an incorrect sensor voltage to the vehicle control module which may cause unintended vehicle acceleration. The recall impacts approximately 250 vehicles. The quad starts ok but wont even idle sometimes and sometimes to seems to idle ok but when i try and drive off it gets about 20 metres then shudders and cuts out and sometimes it backfires.

    Wont accelerate i have a polaris sportsman 600 2004 it run idle fine and run fine a t five miles per hourn but when i want to accelerate it bugs out and dont want to accelerate, i change the plug fuel filter the adapter between carburator and motor , i got gaz the pump is working, but when i gave it some throttle at more than five miles per hour it bug out, and wont accelerate help me please!

    Dec 06, 2009 · Whenever I really twist the throttle, the engine takes on a different sound: it's more high-pitched and louder, more than normal. Also, it accelerates, but not like it should - it seems to take a little bit for it to really kick-in and it feels like during the first 2-3 seconds of doing so, the engine is like loose, missing or something.
